Karan Johar Turns Messiah For Photographers; Comes To Their Aide During The Tough Times Of Coronavirus
As we all are suffering economically in the times of Coronavirus, Karan Johar and his production house took charge to take care of photographers
Paparazzi plays a very pivotal role in the world of glamour. Celebrities love to get clicked and it's the photographers who work day and night to capture the images of our favourite stars. In the times of the Coronavirus outbreak, no event is being held. No celeb is stepping out of his/her home and hence, the work of photographers has been affected. It's also for the safety of cameramen that they have been advised to stay home. Eventually, all of this has affected them economically, as that's how photographers earn their bread and butter. But in such times, Karan Johar has come out as a messiah for all.
Yogen Shah who operates a team of photographers recently took to his Instagram account to thank Karan Johar and his Dharma Productions for helping the paparazzi in such dire times. He wrote, "Our gratitude to #KaranJohar and #DharmaProductions for helping our boys at such distressing times. All the photographers are thankful for this gesture by @karanjohar."
Earlier, it was reported that Karan Johar has joined hands with Industrialist Ness Wadia, philanthropist Natasha Poonawalla, Amrita Arora and others to raise funds to buy PPE Kits for reporters and photographers who are on duty during the Coronavirus times.
Apart from the donation, Karan Johar recently organised a concert called I For India in order to raise funds for the organisations who are finding it difficult to help the needy in such times. Stars like Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Alia Bhatt, Katrina Kaif, Varun Dhawan, Arjun Kapoor, Sonu Nigam, Virat Kohli and many others had taken part in it.
